1) If my Employee has no active working permit, can the Employee JOIN THIS FoWeX Network?
No. FoWeX Network accepts Employees with active working permit only in compliance with the Malaysia Acts.
2) When is the commencement of the Employee's or member(s) FoWeX account?
Immediately upon registration
3) If my Employee's working permit is due for renewal in another 2 month's time, will they be entitled to the 12-month monthly instalment?
FoWeX is a 12-month program. In such case, Employee is entitled to 2 month's instalment and the remaining balance has to be paid in full. However, ther other benefits remain intact
4) Can anyone join FoWeX Program?
Yes provided they are citizen of Malaysia and foreign workers with active working permit. The more successful subscription under your referral, the more monthly income you can earn
5) Can i apply permit renewal if i don’t have an employer?
Yes, at first you are require to update the employer's details with the immigration department
